Team Leader Genardo (spelling) was exceptional, and so were his workers. Outstanding work ethic. Quality and exceptional perseverance, despite the killer heat wave and extreme working conditions. Work took 4 weeks to complete, two weeks over the time promised my Mark, the owner. Most of the delay was due to the owner, Mark, and not the workers. Pricing was rather high, as quoted by Mark, but am pleased with the overall result. Workers made up for it. They gave their best.

The entire process was quick and smooth. The crew arrived when promised and demolished the old stoop and walkway. They were very courteous and considerate as there was minimal damage to the grass during the demolition and construction. We had colored stamped concrete and it came out beautiful.

Although I have a beautiful driveway my landscaping was wrecked. I had to hire someone to come and repair my lawn and as he was doing so he was finding nails in the grass. Next time I'll make sure and specify that they follow up with cleanup.

I called for concrete estimates, but they actually wound up installing vinyl siding, gutter corrections and roofing repaired caused by another company. We are greatly appreciative of their professional work. We were under a deadline to get the work done. Mark and Matt made sure it got done on time. We are ever grateful.

Mark came out after I expressed my displeasure with the original job. He added a new roof at his own expense, and I was very happy. I would recommend him to anyone.

STUNNED. I spent a total of 140k and received work that I can compare only to that of apprenticeship training. Unfortunately, the owner only made one appearance to review the work of his company as numerous vendors/contractors basically ran the job with no one assuming accountability other than the window contractors who did a fantastic job. Ten months later, I still had unresolved issues of lack-luster work from a dishwasher that falls forward on a 10 degree angle when attempting to open it, to a half inch gap between the kitchen floor tile and quarter round of the baseboard, not to mention a newly installed, unleveled, warped, rear wall. Currently, there are many pending issues that remain unresolved after repeated calls to the company. Yet Mark is very persistent in calling for payment, just as he is consistent with picking up payment. There were many communication issues due to lack of documentation during the planning and pricing phases of the Scope of Work. But clearly this was an erroneous charge considering no bathrooms were included in the job... Only living room, kitchen, dining, two bedrooms, rear deck, front porch, windows, basement drywall with painted floors, and a very small portion of siding were completed. Also... During completion of the basement work, the contractors shifted my gas dryer with lack of attentiveness to the gas pipelines which caused a gas leak leading to the discomfort of illness and inconvenience of a midnight People's Gas visit on a Saturday night. I could've easily come home to no home. At 140k, this 1500 sf 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bi-level home with a full partially-finished basement should look like a mini mansion. Get it in writing.

AMAZING, I'm still in awe as I gaze at all the wonderful, remarkable results from wall demo to recessed lights. Not to mention beautiful back-splash, paint thru-out, custom light fixtures, all appliance's assembled, European custom design washrooms etc. This breathtaking work was done in not one but two apartments as this is a two unit building. Mark is fantastic and his son Joey makes sure every I is dotted and every t crossed. The work was done in a timely manner. it is my pleasure to not only recommend but to encourage and strongly advise any one looking for home remodel to contact Lifetime Remodel. Tell them Gladys sent you. You wont be dis-appointed.

Lifetime Remodelers has competitive pricing. For me, it was well worth it to hire them to tile my shower and bathroom floor.

LIfetime Remodelers, while having high ratings and glowing reviews did not deliver . I had high hopes and had other projects in mind when I met with Mark but decided to just try and have a small bathroom completely gutted and remodeled with new fixtures , tub, wall and floor tile and a few new electrical fixtures. . I signed the contract and paid the initial one third down. I have learned a few things alone the way. A company/contractor is only as good as the subcontractors they work with and in my case I was given the worst group of subcontractors to do the majority of the work. I found they lacked experience, arrived late, and unprepared, and basically took a long period of time to do a poor job . I had to take off time from work to purchase items they were suppose to , and try and keep an eye on progress which was painfully slow. I complained and they did respond but did not have ability to correct the situation . A seven to ten day project for a 5 by 9 room turned out into a two month nightmare... Lifetime almost became a lifetime to complete a very simple task. I also learned they ( sub contractors ) used unlicensed people to do work which resulted in further delays and items done incorrectly. To sum things up this turned out to be a horrible experience with a top rated firm on most of the websites, the best referral is a personal referral. I would not hire Lifetime to build a dog house in the future. If you deal with them, you make have more luck, but that was not my experience. I would suggest you get a firm commitment in writing for project completion and include that in the contract .

The communication is bad Mike never came to the house what's the job was started the men that were working on the house could not speak English so you could not communicate to them and they never inquired about the words that they were doing on the porch to see if you wanted something done a certain way they pretty much did what they wanted that was it when you tried to talk to them they gave you bad attitude
