Excellent attitude

Outstanding. The work was done in one day and the result is amazing.

We were under a tight timeframe in between closing on our purchase and moving in. They showed up when they were supposed to and worked long hours to get the job done in time. We were very pleased to not have to reschedule our movers. We were also very pleased at how our floors looked at the end. The floors went from looking faded and worn in some areas to looking evenly stained and like new. We went with a darker color stain on the oak floors. The floors have been resistant to staining due to small water spills and are easy to dust and clean. Dimitri is friendly and cares about pleasing customers and performing quality work along with his crew.

The floor had some wear and tear on it, but was generally in good condition. I thought I would have to sand and stain the entire floor, but Mike said that because it was in relatively good condition, it only needed a touch up and resealing. This saved me a lot of money. The floors now look beautiful.

It was a great experience. Mike is a pleasure to work with. He is a gentleman and a professional. He was punctual and worked tirelessly to make the floors look beautiful. He also performed an impeccable clean-up at the end of the job. The end result is 130 year old floors that look amazing. I recommend him highly.

The service was phenomenal. The workmen were on time, professional and extremely competent. The floor looked like new after it was refinished. There were holes in the floor which needed to be repaired. This was not included in the original price - we did not know there were the holes until after the kitchen furniture was moved. We were not charged extra for this and it necessitated the workmen leaving the site to secure additional flooring. The floor still looks like new and it is over a year. I neglected to file a report at the time but now I can sing their praises even more since the job has held up so well.

They did very good work and I am very pleased with the price and the quality of their work. I considered putting down new flooring but that was quite costly so I called a couple of places about refinishing all of my floors. It turned out a lot better than I thought it would. I have a butcher block table that belonged to my mother which he noticed and he offered to refinish that for no charge. He like the table and said it was a shame to see it in that condition; now it looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend him. He was prompt, he cleaned up all of the mess, and he came out the same night that I called him. I was thrilled to have my floors refinished for less than $1000. One of the bedrooms had some squares that were too damaged to sand and refinish so he switched those out with squares from inside the closet. He really went above and beyond and he even helped me move the furniture back into my room. Everyone was very polite and professional.

Mike and his crew were beyond great. They worked extremely fast and our floors look fantastic. Mike is that guy who goes above and beyond the call of duty. I didn't realize that our windows sills were sun damaged but Mike did so without asking he sanded, varnished and stained them so it would look nice against our new floors. He was a bit hesistant to tell us that he did that for us, but I thought that was so nice of him because that showed how conscientious he is. We appreciated it! He also took the thin layer of paint off the tops our floorboards in the living room and dining room that the previous owners painted. Everything looks really nice. Mike usually works as a subcontractor so there are not more reports about him, but I know there are many happy folks out there that have hired him. He was recommended to us by a remodeling contractor.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT MIKE. HONESTLY, THE OWNER, HAS A VERY HEAVY EUROPEAN ACCENT AND MY HUSBAND THOUGHT HE QUOTED A HIGHER PRICE, BUT UPON PAYMENT, MIKE MADE SURE WE PAID THE LOWER AMOUNT. HE DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SUCH AN OPPORTUNITY. HE ALSO CONSIDERED MY NEIGHBOR'S COMFORT BY USING A LESS PUNGENT, SLOWER DRYING VARNISH. ***4569 N MULLIGAN, CHICAGO 60630***

MIKE WAS RESPONSIVE, FLEXIBLE, & OFFERED A GREAT PRICE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I WISHED HE HAD WANTED SOME BOARDS IN THE KITCHEN REPLACED, BUT CLEARER COMMUNICATION OUR ON PART WOULD HAVE HELPED TOO.
