+ 0 moreExcellent quality work. Responsive customer service. Timely completion of both jobs. In fact, for the second job, the guys showed up same day as requested, got the work done and did an amazing job with the detail. It was a nuanced job because they were replacing siding around the deck.
Description of Work: Greg and his guys removed and replaced window aluminum capping and caulked 22 windows. Second job, to remove and replace some hardy board siding, and cap aluminum sliding glass door.

+ -1 moreI asked Damian to take a look at our roof as we prepare the house for sale. Without charging me anything for his services, he inspected the roof from the ground, climbed up on the roof, secured a loose shingle, explained why some slightly raised shingles were not a problem. He inspected the attic then got back on his ladder to tighten down some gutter flashing. I asked for an inspection report and offered to pay for his services. He wouldn't take any payment and sent me a full inspection report a few days later!
Description of Work: Damian caulked and hammered down a loose shingle, inspected some raised shingles, and secured some loose gutter flashing -- about 45 minutes of work -- plus gave me an inspection report, all at no charge!
