Good. Job well done but our hardwood floors were not covered and the machine left dirty water. It took me 2 hrs to clean up after.

Can’t say enough positive things. I had a nasty wax stain on my Blue silk chair. Milos- Mike- worked the stain out! In addition cleaned 4 area rugs, and carpeted rooms. He vacuumed each before with a strong beater bar vacuum to remove dust and debris. Emptied the dirty water after each rug and room. My carpets and rugs look vibrant, plush and clean. I called on the Sunday before for an appointment and Neptune came out that Friday, December 22nd (the date I requested) to clean my carpets.
