Can’t say enough positive things. I had a nasty wax stain on my Blue silk chair. Milos- Mike- worked the stain out! In addition cleaned 4 area rugs, and carpeted rooms. He vacuumed each before with a strong beater bar vacuum to remove dust and debris. Emptied the dirty water after each rug and room. My carpets and rugs look vibrant, plush and clean. My dog had been ill just before Christmas and I was having visitors over the holidays. I called on the Sunday before for an appointment and Neptune came out that Friday, December 22nd (the date I requested) to clean my carpets. I didn't think they would be able to get the organic stains out of the carpets but Neptune worked hard to get the carpets clean. And they succeeded! I am so pleased. I will be using then again.
