NC FLOORING

Getting a low bid from Cody was the easiest portion of the project. He was difficult to coordinate and schedule with, he didn't seem to "think through" the level of detail the project required. It was a custom single family home, in which the installed the hallway flooring the wrong direction, left a 1/2" lip in the middle of a hardwood transition (not at a doorway), dripped stain on numerous newly installed finishes, told me he wanted the final cleaners prior to his final coat of varnish, which made a dust filled house that was cleaned 30 minutes prior, the list goes on. All in all, he was cheap, and I think the term defines itself. Perhaps shame on me for expecting great results from a low priced contractor, but in my opinion, communication from him could have prevented 95% of the issues from even occurring.

I think I paid an absolutely outstanding price. It was more than fair because they did a lot of work. Their quality of work and professionalism is outstanding. I would use them again and I would certainly recommend them.
