Mr. Navarrete is great, so was the pro he sent to perform the electrical work. They ensured everything was done correctly and to our satiafaction and worked quickly too. A+ all around. I would hire these guys for other projects too!

BEWARE!!! I them because of the great drywall and electrical work that was done in a previous home. I asked if they could do my indoor stairs and bring them up to code. Jose the owner said “Yes” and I trusted him. He hired a carpenter who’d never done stairs and made errors in calculated the rise and run and wouldn’t admit the errors. It was a nightmare that cost me a lot of money. The carpenter wouldn’t admit or fix the error and Jose wouldn’t take accountability either. I had to fire the them. Every contractor that came in after all said the same thing “these stairs are terribly done. you should tear down the stairs and start over”. I no longer had the budget to do that. This organization is only skilled in drywall and electrical work and nothing outside of that. His lack of accountability caused myself and my kids a lot of time, money, and instability.

This is going to sound like a fake review, but I can’t say enough good things about Jose and the crew that he had working on my project, Eduardo and Mario. This is the first major renovation I have done and heard so many contractor horror stories, especially in the city. I first met Jose when gathering quotes to drywall my kitchen. I had some outrageous offers before him, but he came in and quoted me a price that I thought was extremely fair. On top of that, he said not to pay for anything upfront so I could see the kind of work they do. They were fast, efficient, and did an absolutely amazing job. Once I saw the kind of work they did, I decided to hire them to complete the work on both of my bathrooms. They were down to the studs and stalled because of other horrible subcontractors I had hired. The before and after pictures speak for themselves, Eduardo and Mario each tackled a bathroom on their own and did amazing work. I cannot express how much I recommend working with this company

I used Navarette home services to install my chandelier I ordered online. It was Christmas Eve and they were supposed to be off early. But agreed to work later to do the installation. It came in a LOT (>200) of pieces and took a much longer than we all anticipated. There were 2 guys and they refused to leave until it was done right. They assured me it was OK and just kept working. The guys did an awesome job!! They worked diligently, yet meticulously and with a smile and kindness the entire time. I’m so thankful for Mr Navarrette and his team. They were amazing and got it done. I will absolutely use their services again and would definitely recommend them!!

Jose & his team were amazing! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and down to earth team that is up front about cost and has the required skillsets to get the job done...no matter what obstacles arise. There were a few challenges, specifically with the plumbing side of my project, that were impossible to know ahead of time, but Jose and his team did an amazing job of 1) still accomplishing exactly what I originally asked of them 2) keeping me informed at every turn and 3) managing cost.
