First the communication was very smooth, fast and effortless. Mr. Charles Jones came out immediately with hundreds of samples. My house has several floors and colors and Nationwide took their time to work with me to insure everything matched and looked great. I have referred Nationwide to several others and ALL of my friends love the work that has been completed and have also referred them to their friends and family. Loved everything about working with nationwide. Charles came out and showed us samples of exactly what we were looking for. He responded to all my email questions promptly (way better than any other contractor/provider I was working with to fix up my home). Most importantly the carpet looks amazing.

Charles brought samples to my home along with helpful suggestions.. It was a great experience selecting the products I liked at home instead going to a store or warehouse. Charles did an excellent job coordinating all the work schedules. He was attentive to my requests and was sure to let me know if there was a delay in work due to driving conditions due to inclement weather. His team did an excellent job installing the flooring and hanging the blinds. I have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

We scheduled an initial consultation with provider for an estimate. Once we decided to go ahead with the project they were out within a couple days and prepped floor which was previously carpeted. Plywood base floor added to level and installed wood laminate flooring. Replaced/installed trim where needed to match existing. The entire project was completed within 3 days and looks beautiful. They did a thorough job of cleaning and removal of all dust and debris. It was a pleasure working with Charles and his team. I highly recommend and would use again if needed.

Charles responded promptly to a consultation request and discuss my flooring plans. Additionally, he was able to do a walk through later in the day to accommodate my schedule. He brought multiple flooring samples and I was able to make my pick that day or he would provide me more if necessary (which it wasn't). The work was done quickly, within three days, and all demo was taken care of by the crew. After the floors were completed, I had an question about a portion of the floor (transition from wood into carpeting) and he came back the next day to make an adjustment, which worked perfectly. The floors look great. Charles checked in on a daily basis during the three day construction to let me know of what has occurred, what's next, and ask if I had any questions. I thought Charles did a wonderful job and would highly recommend him and Nationwide to anyone with flooring needs.

Charles/Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings is awesome. He responded to my initial inquiry immediately, scheduled an appointment to visit our home to measure and consult re: our new blinds right away. Charles recommended the nicest blinds that fit for our decor and budgetary needs, replied same day with a quote, and ordered/scheduled right away when we gave the go ahead for the work. The experience was so easy and Charles was so professional, I immediately booked him for 2 more flooring-related jobs and will be using him in the future. Awesome experience. The flooring and window business needs more professionals like Charles.

They're great. He was very good. It went very well. The gentleman that we used has good customer service. The representative will bend over backwards to make sure the order was to our liking. It took multiple times but he bent over backwards to make sure it happened. Pricing is fair, its not the most expensive.

Salesman was informative/knowledgeable. Installer was on time and left the work spaces neat and clean.

They are VERY responsive, professional, with excellent pricing. I would HIGHLY recommend and use again.

We met for an estimate and to pick out the carpet. I gave very little direction on what type of carpet I wanted, but Nationwide brought samples of exactly what I was looking for. We then scheduled the installation about a week out, and the installers were quick and professional. The room had some challenges (slanting floor, oddly shaped, a standpipe) and the end result looks great!

They did not have what I needed so I did not end up using the deal but they were great!

Charles came to my home to provide an estimate and showed me tile choices, but when I didn't see selections I loved, he said I could pick out an provide my own tile. He even recommended the two places I should go that would have the best selection for what I had in mind. He emailed me an estimate that separately indicated what the cost would be for labor & materials through him, as well as a "labor only" estimate if I provided my own tile & grout. Even though I had the estimate done during the busy weeks before Thanksgiving, when he was booked with customers who wanted new flooring jobs before entertaining guests, I told Charles I hoped to get the work done before the first snow. I was pleased that he remembered to call me when he had a cancellation. Charles gave me both his personal cell phone number, so I could call him with any questions I might have when choosing the tiles and grout. He also gave me the name and cell phone number of the installer before he arrived. Chris, the installer, did a fabulous job. To ensure my expectations would be met, he consulted with me about my preferences whenever there were multiple options for the installation (for example, how to handle the tiling of the single step from the porch area into the living room). He also was meticulous in his work and the flooring looks great! Chris is polite and professional, so I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I was a bit disappointed that the installation took four partial days, when I had initially been told it would be completed in two days. The delay wasn't excessively problematic for me because I'm currently working from home, but I do think it would have caused a problem for a homeowner who has a more complicated schedule. Whatever comes up, though, I imagine Charles, the owner, finding a solution. He called me halfway through the job to ask whether I was happy with how the work was going, and he didn't process the charge for the completion of the work until he confirmed that I was fully satisfied with the completed work. If I ever have the need for more flooring work, I will definitely call Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings.

Charles was extremely professional, responsive and equitable in resolving some minor concerns about the installation. He was also very flexible as the job timing needed to change while in process. If Angie's List allowed "A+," Charles and Nationwide would have earned them for professionalism and responsiveness.

It went extremely well! From the moment I accepted the bid and signed the contract, Charles immediately sprung into action! He arranged to find a hardwood floor that I would be happy with, he arranged for the purchase, delivery and receipt of the flooring, ordering of all materials, he made ALL of the arrangements with my condominium association (certificate of insurance, arranging for the elevator, etc.), and most importantly, he was available whenever I had questions or concerns! During the project, his team was very good about working in a way that would allow me to live in my condo during the work. Each day, they took great care to clean up and put things in the appropriate place. They did an amazing job removing the existing hardwood floor, which was glued to the concrete. I would regularly send Charles text to let him know how pleased I was with his team! On day 1 I wrote... The guys are doing a great job and the floor looks fantastic! On day 2, I wrote... Another great day! I'm so happy that I found your company on Angie's List! It continued for the entire project which was completed by end of day Friday. They left things in such a good place that I avoided additional costs to hire a professional cleaner and someone to repaint! Amazing work and I have since recommended Nationwide to a coworker. A word of caution to anyone installing hardwood floors... Each plank is unique, so you want to order 10% waste and closely inspect each piece to avoid installing pieces that do not met your approval. I love my new floors!

They were fine, the deal was just misleading. And I went with someone else.

The hardwood floors in our kitchen sustained water damage from steam from the boiler in the basement of our building. Charles responded quickly to our request for estimate and provided the most competitive estimate and reasonable scope of work. We delayed in getting the work done, so he came out again a few months later and finalized the scope/estimate at that time. Charles and his team were punctual, skilled, followed all of the rules of our condo association (arranged for materials to be hauled away), and were patient with our questions. They responded to texts and phone calls we had during and after the job. We hadn't decided on the finish for the floors, and the crew sampled two different options on the new floors to help us decide. Charles estimated the job would take four days and that projection was right on target. On the fourth day, he sent a cleaning crew to address the dust from the job. Of most importance, the quality of work was amazing. We are so happy with our repaired and newly finished floors. The ease of working with Charles and Nationwide combined with the work product is exactly what we'd look for in future jobs. We will definitely look to Nationwide for future projects.

Our condo board needed to replace only one hallway of carpeting. Our management company contacted Charles to obtain an estimate. He submitted a detailed estimate with color to be determined later. Once we decided on Nationwide, we asked to see color samples. It's very difficult to get all board members together to pick out a color so Charles was kind enough to let us pick a few colors and he mailed us samples to choose from. Once we agreed on a color, we scheduled an appointment for installation. He said they would be here between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2014. At 9:10 a.m. on the scheduled day, our on site contact got a call saying Nationwide was here and ready to start. They were very efficient and completed the job in no time at all. Several of the board members (along with a few other owners) checked it out right away. We love the quality of the carpeting, the color and the job well done! We have six more hallways and will call Nationwide when it's time for them to be done. Bottom line, if you want friendly, detailed, efficient, quality service and a no hassle experience, call Charles at Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings.

I called and scheduled a time to meet with Nationwide. A rep came out and met me as scheduled and took measurements and showed me some carpet samples. We made an appointment for a range of 2-3 days as I was having other work done on my house, and they were completely flexible about pushing the actual date back. The workers showed up on time and did a great job installing the carpet, and they were the least hassle of any of the contractors that I have used in the past few weeks.

Had a good experience with Nationwide. Charles was very responsive, responding to my multiple emails at the earliest and answering questions. We had 2 jobs, Engineered wood for half of the condo and carpet for other half. Nationwide's quotes came competitive compared to other quotes. We chose nationwide due to good reviews on Angies list. Initially the quote was to provide both material and labor for the job, but after some back and forth, we chose to go with buying materials ourselves for wood as we were particular about the color. Charles accommodated that and he scheduled the job as soon as the materials were available. Installation went smooth. Especially, the wood flooring crew were very thorough. They carefully selected the planks so that there is even distribution of colors & worked around the planks which had some anomalies like knots, grains etc. The carpeting installation also went smooth. Our only minor gripe was they did not have many samples/in-stock for carpet even after sending them a list of colors/shades we were interested in. The carpet came out to be a little bit darker than we expected, but it is okay. Overall a good experience with Nationwide and we will consider them in future for a tile project coming up for our kitchen.

I spoke with Charles Jones, who was very nice. He was very timely. He came out and took measurements for me, and was very helpful. I have ordered the blinds and shutters, and felt that the price was very reasonable. They were wonderful, professional and did an extraordinary job. Charles was a pleasure to deal with. They are an amazing company.

I had leftover previous powder grout used by another tiling guy two years ago. Alex believed that there may have been slight movements of the porcelain tiles because the deterioration was intermittent--on the whole, the grout was in good shape. Because the kitchen floor area was not large, it made sense to "re-grout" the entire floor, eliminating any differences in finished final appearance between one area or another. The work was performed well and completed promptly. The reason that I graded punctuality "B" was because Alex was directed to my business address instead of my home address, so he did not arrive promptly.

The estimate was more than I wanted to pay.

Charles made sure that everything was done to my liking. I've used these guys before and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I would use them a third time if needed.
