Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings

Charles and his team were very professional. They were timely and very good with communication. The only negative was that the wood floor boards weren't fully fixed. However, we were told by this company that it was a bigger project than just carpeting and the whole floor would need to be replaced. They carpeted the two bedrooms and used thick high-quality padding underneath. They also drilled all loose boards. And they were quick! After the project was completed we reached back out to Charles about the fact that the floor wasn't sufficiently fixed underneath. He re-explained the building structure and refunded the plywood we were charged for to hopefully fix the issue. The customer service was excellent and I'd use them again.

Charles was very responsive, calling me back quickly after my first inquiry, and came out the following Saturday to give an estimate and show me samples. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Ended up getting faux wood blinds on most of the windows in our two-story Georgian, and honeycomb blinds in the den. Robby installed them today, and we're very satisfied with the work, quality, and look of the blinds.

Charles gave me a good selection and took his time. I was a bit fussy about a radiator original to the house that I had sandblasted and repainted, since the tile wouldn't quite fit underneath, and his installers came up with a workaround that made me happy. They did some extra work on sanding doors down to fit for no charge. Worked efficiently, floor looks great. My only negative comment is that the floor had several layers of old flooring underneath which I wanted removed. Turns out one of them was asbestos, which then couldn't be removed, necessitating all the workarounds. Charles was sincerely apologetic about missing that and made sure I was happy in the end. I include that not to criticize him but (a) to let you know if there is a problem he and his crew fix it, and (b) let people know to think about that. A pleasure to work with him, would definitely use them again.

Charles was a delight to work with. He came to my home to show me samples and measure for a blackout shade for a double sliding glass door. The quote (with an Angie?s List deal) was reasonable and I?m pleased with the result. Charles also followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied after installation. My only complaint was that the person who did the installation (I don?t recall his name) was almost an hour late. But it wasn?t that big of a deal for me. If I?m ever in the market for custom shades again, I?ll be sure to contact Nationwide Floor and Window Coverings.

Charles was very helpful when providing the estimate. He had very good suggestions on the type, style and colors that could be used. After the initial estimate I had a number of questions and he was very quick to respond and help me with my final choice. The blinds arrived on time and the installer was on time and very professional. We are very happy with the final product and would not hesitate to use Nationwide again. We highly recommend them!

I was missing 3 handles for the big shades. When I contacted the provider he corrected it immediately. In addition, he sent me a $25 gift certificate for the trouble. His installer was wonderful! Great with my dogs who are big and nosey! I would recommend this provider to anyone that is in need of window covering. He stands behind his product and will make it right.

My experience working with Nationwide Flooring was top notch and very professional. The owner travelled a good distance to provide and estimate and show samples of flooring, maintained excellent communication throughout the project and was very accommodating with my schedule for the installation. I was very impressed when I ordered flooring samples that it took only two days to get four large samples delivered to my house. This helped immensely in selecting the color I wanted. The installation went as communicated and planned and the guys knew exactly what they were doing. The went the extra mile to reinstall some trim that I had removed from the doors and went to Home Depot to purchase some wood strips to fill in some gaps for the reinstallation and did not ad any additional charges. The floors turned out beautiful and I'm very happy with the entire processing and experience. I had originally hired Luna Flooring to do this project but they totally misrepresented themselves and what they said they would do and the job was cancelled - I paid more for the job with Nationwide Flooring but it was worth it after the bad experience I had with Luna and Nationwide was just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

Absolutely excellent! Charles and the installer were extremely professional. Charles was very timely, and when the installer ran late, Charles called with the update and to check my schedule needs. The shades are wonderful -excellent quality. I immediately ordered additional for three surrounding windows in the room. And - I'd considered getting different shades in another room. Charles was honest (!!!!) and suggested that what I had was still very good and not different from what he would suggest. Wow. As I said above, I also asked him to measure for carpeting. I would highly, very highly, suggest working with Nationwide Floor and Window Coverings. It is an independent company, owned and operated by Charles. You deal with him and supporting an independent business owner who has top quality???? You cannot go wrong!

On 9/21/15 we purchased a deal from Angie's List paying $95 for a $250 credit on services from Nationwide. --On 9/22 Charles Jones came to our home. We went through a lot of samples to figure out what would work best to cover our 2 sliding glass doors and bedroom windows. Charles showed us products that we hadn't seen before that offered some unique solutions for a couple of "problem" windows. He took measurements and then sent us an email quote the next day. --On 9/28 we accepted his quote and the window treatments were ordered. --On 10/30 the coverings were installed. The 2 installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. Everything was done as promised and the window treatments are exactly what we wanted.

The shades are great! The blackout shades work really well to block out the light! The installation was super quick, maybe 20 minutes. Charles was awesome!!!

Charles and his team were extremely flexible ,attentive, professional and patient. Great attention was given to the installation process to insure a good fit.

The entire job took just about eight hours. Appliances and quarter round had to be removed and reinstalled. Alex and Sergio did yeomen's work. This was a very difficult job which other contractors had resisted doing. Most wanted to go over the existing flooring or pull up the underlayment and reinstall a new underlayment. The job was completed perfectly. About three weeks later, we wanted to pull our refrigerator out but were unable to do so without tearing the flooring. Sergio and Alex came back, installed rollers under the frig, leveled the frig and explained how we should move the frig in the future to avoid any problems. There was no charge for this second visit. The communication between Charles, the owner, Alex and myself was always superb. Calls always returned promptly and questions answered. This same company laid our wood floors a few years ago and the work was always done without a hitch.

I couldn't be more pleased with Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings. My contact with this company started with Rick Kasprzak who was punctual and provided updates along the way. Rick was able to secure the selection of vinyl that I requested (even though Nationwide was not a direct representative of the brand I wanted) quickly and at a reasonable price. Installation was scheduled within 2 days and that only because of a weekend in between. The installer, Alex and his helper, Sergio arrived on time and once again, polite, courteous and friendly. I had asked them to try to be careful of all the freshly painted walls, cabinets and other new flooring in the house while installing and they took great care while preparing the floor and laying the vinyl. Alex is truly a craftsman and exhibited great pride in his work and Sergio worked diligently and easily as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings and would use them again without reluctance. You won't be disappointed.

it went really well. Prompt response on the phone, delivery of estimate, scheduling of installation. Charles and his staff (carpet installers) are competent and did an excellent job. I pay attention to details and was not able to catch anything that wasn't done well. Very pleased with the job.

It was a perfect experience! I had purchased an Angie's List deal from Nationwide and Charles contacted me within 24 hours. I asked him to wait until everything was installed in my living room and he left it up to me to contact him when I was ready. When I was ready, he arrived with ideas from Hunter Douglas and it was fairly easy to make a decision. He contacted me within three weeks for installation and it was easy to find a mutually agreeable time for installation. My shades were installed this morning and I love them! His installer was friendly and efficient as well!

I would highly recommend this company. I used Luna to re-carpet the bedrooms and hallways of my house. When I was unhappy with their service, I began searching for a different company to carpet my family room and basement. Fortunately, I found Nationwide who did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I only wish I had used them for the entire house, prior to hiring Luna.

For the get-go, the service was excellent. I had a major water damage from a water line leak by my fridge. To make matters worse, my house was on the market, so I was in a frenzy to get everything back together. I contacted Charles, and he came out immediately. I was afraid I would have to repair all my flooring, since I used the engineered click-lock bamboo. To my amazement, Charles was able to source the exact flooring I used to replace just the section that was damaged. He was able to have it installed within days. He provided the quality service I needed, while working in a tight time frame. Alex came out for the install and was polite, helpful, and always cleaned up well after himself. He even recognized I would need to have someone come out to reinstall my closet doors onto the new flooring, and offer to just do it for me. Wow! I would hire Nationwide Floor again and again for any of my flooring needs.
