Description of Work: Remodeling the hole home. Nancy recommends Pristo Remodeling. Pristo Remodeling get in on May 7th get out 9 days later. After that we get multiple offers and we pick the best one. After that it was Kevin Barry that makes the closing date on June 28th 10 days earlier and save us another mortgage payment. What matters at the end is that we have 3 more friends.

She is extremely competent and knowledgable about Realestate in the Chicagoland area, did an excellent market analysis on our home as we were preparing to sell, helped us price the home competitively, and place on the market with strategic timing, which, I believe, thanks to Nancy, our sale went through very quick and painlessly. She went above and beyond with making sure we were set up for success, she was thorough with her listings and prompt with follow up each time there was a showing. Description of Work: When we relocated to Illinois, Nancy utilized her vast knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market to help us find and purchase the perfect home.

Description of Work: I found Nancy on Craig's List -- she offered apartment finding services at no charge to the renter. We exchanged several emails in which I provided her with my needs, and she responded with possibilities including detailed descriptions and pictures which were extremely helpful in deciding for which apartments to schedule viewing appointments. Included in Nancy's listings were apartments that I had found myself on Craig's List, etc., as well as listings from the MLS, which is where we found the apartment that I ultimately rented. Prior to contacting Nancy, I had been searching want ads in newspapers and online for several weeks, and had even gone to an appointment at an apartment-finding service, which I did not find to be a positive experience. I found it very helpful to have Nancy with me when we visited the appartments, as she would invariably think of a question to ask, or remind me of something that I had wanted to inquire about. We went to five locations on the first day, and ended in my successfully renting the first apartment we actually viewed that morning! This apartment is so much more than I thought I could ever afford in my price range. In addition, the apartment is located in a co-op building and was for sale, so we also executed a Rider Option to Purchase to the lease. I recently exercised the option, and am now the proud owner of my apartment!
