Mike came highly reviewed from our realtor, and we were glad we chose him. He walked us through stain and finish options and even did samples on our floors for us to see. The floorboards he replaced matched so well I can no longer tell what is new and what is old. He came in on budget and on time, and of course, the floors look great. Most importantly, we noticed a few scattered issues with the floors that, in retrospect, were almost certainly the fault of the painters and not Mike. Even though he wasn't at fault, he came back out and put an extra layer of finish down at no extra cost, and fit it into his schedule so that we could still keep our planned move date. He was helpful, communicative, went the extra mile, and once again - the floors look amazing!
