In the first bathroom, the major problem was with the quality of the tile work, which is why I requested a different tiler for the master bath. The major problems came with the master bath. The steam shower simply didn't work, nor did the ceiling fan respond correctly on the humidity sensitivity setting. The control for the steam shower had been placed outside the shower instead of inside of it as per instructions. This required opening a wall in the master bedroom to run the wire to the shower wall and drilling a hole in the shower tile. It still didn't work. I had lanny, come back yet again, and this time when I came home from work to see what was done, the tub was no longer working and Lanny and Carlos were gone. Lanny promised it would be taken care of, but in spite of several calls and texts, I never heard from her again. Here' s the part I assume responsibility for. I had paid her in full, because I knew she needed the money, and mistakenly thought she would make good on any mistakes as her contract warranties. SHE DID NOT!!! It required a licensed electrician, and an additional which it turned out she hadn't used and an additional $1055' to correct the numerous mistakes made. They hadn't brought in a separate 240 line for the steam, connecting it to existing wiring instead, had burned out the tub control, in their attempt to fix the problem, and had completely wired the ceiling fan wrong. Lanny Perez lacks integrity, when it comes to honoring the contract she entered inti with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY .
