Description of Work: I had my hot water heater go out for my entire condo association. At 3 am Wes answered the phone so helpful and courteous. He managed to track down a hot water heater for us that was in stock and went and picked it up same day, other wise we would have had to wait a WEEK. He was very thorough in his work and made sure we were satisfied
