 + -1 moreThey were supposed to open the door with their special tools, they played around with it and did not do it, and I wound up having to pay for a lock to be drilled out. The impression that I got from them was that they come out with the intention of raising the price and get a whole new lock in there. I have got a professional locksmith that I have used well over 30 years, but this one was a nightmare and I called the yellow pages and I just was totally upset. They put you in a position where even just to come out for the service call they charge $65, but the problem is if you are locked out of your house you do not have your wallet, so I was sort of between a rock and a hard place. I could not tell them no do not drill the lock out.
Description of Work: I got locked out of my apartment and I had to call Mobile Locksmith Service to open the door for me.
