Let me start off my saying that this company is wonderful to work with. I contacted Marcin, the owner after receiving a referral ffrom a good friend because the contractor that I had previously hired bailed on me in the middle of my kitchen/bath remodel. I wish I had known about MK Construction at the time, I have nothing but praise for this company. The workers always showed up on time and were very professional. I had no issues with leaving them in my house alone working. I will be using their services again very soon. Wasn't sure if they would be able to come to my little town of Blue Island IL but it was no problem at all.

It is a beautiful kitchen. They are still doing some touchups. They are not quite finished. The pricing was great.

We had a challenging situation and MK and his team did a great job under the circumstances. They were brought on by the seller of my home who was taking care of the deck tear down and rebuilds. The project required them to go between myself the owner and the person paying the bill. They had a great deal of patience through the process. The building took longer than anticipated due to the polar vortex, so challenges were plenty for the guys. The work itself was excellent. 100% built to code, two beautiful decks and they've held up well over the last year so far. We appreciated their patience and hard work and have been very content and pleased with the work well outside of the job completion.
