All in all- I am extremely satisfied with the effort and the outcome. In the future, I would try to get my color choices resolved upfront rather then ask Paul to substitute in the 11th hour- my having forgotten once the paint is mixed, its yours whether you have them use it or not- but glad I made the color switch anyway, never the less. Nearly each morning mobilization, Paul himself visited with me and his crew to review progress and discuss matters important to me- all matters were addressed and accomplished- what more can you ask of a painting service. Yes I highly recommend Pauls' firm Minnihan Painting if someone else is looking for a no-hassel, get it right from the start approach, beginning with a well conceived and detailed proposal to the final brush stroke..

Paul and his team were great to work with. Javier who did the majority of painting was extremely professional and respectful during the approximately 2 weeks he was working on our house. I would highly recommend them.

The project was a great success. First, Paul Minnihan prepared sample boards to show that he would be able to create a suitable match to the existing Venetian plaster. Then he sealed off the work area from the rest of the living area to keep dirt and dust to a minimum. And at the end he did an excellent clean-up.Throughout the process, Paul was a pleasure to work with, and I am delighted at the result. I would certainly hire him again and recommend him to others.

Paul's team did a great job.. He was willing to work within my time frame and budget. He was eager to please and even followed up a couple of months later to make sure i was happy. Customer for life now!

Paul came to my condo prior to the painting job and spent 2 hours picking out the colors for the different rooms. The colors are perfect. The painters were very careful with moving and covering the furniture. They were timely and finished the project in a timely manner. The bedroom was a very tight work space because of the size of the room and the amount of furniture in it. Brett, a painter, was very careful to put the furniture back exactly as he found it and he reconnected the computer as well (since he had to move it to paint). They even came back two times to do touchups.
