Great, family-run business. Very accommodating and reasonably priced. They went out of their way to be professional and courteous both as repairmen and installing a new TV. They were really kind to haul away the old TV as well. The two brothers are really nice guys. We even got to meet the mom at the shop, who was great. One of the brothers ended up being really helpful in picking out a new TV, letting us have space and time to decide and explaining everything really well. At the time I was unfamiliar with antenna TV, so he explained that and had several options to choose from. Have had the antennae and TV for 1 1/2 years and they both work great. A really nice family! A great feeling to support a good, family-owned business. Recommend them for service calls (so reasonable) and for new purchases as well. I think they even have dvd rentals and one of the sons is a real movie buff. Great people.

Rafi of Minas TV performed a difficult installation of a very large ac window in less than easy circumstances. My house is crowded with boxes and bags from 14 years of surgeries, illnesses, and inability to lift or raise an arm. He and his helper were upbeat, non complaining. They assured me they didn’t mind the conditions. It took them a long time to do the work, and again assured me it was ok. There was a modest installation fee. Other stores not only had no stock A/C available but wanted a lot more for installation, which could not be scheduled for a week or more. Rafi (one of the owners) got the Friedrich unit in one day and did the work that day. That’s what I call SERVICE.

WE WORKED WITH RAFFI AND MINASTV AT OUR LAST PLACE, AND WE WERE GLAD TO HAVE THEM FOR THE MORE DIFFICULT DIRECTV INSTALLATION AT OUR NEW CONDO. RAFFI AND HIS DAD MIKE DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND NEATLY. WHEN I HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH ONE TV A FEW DAYS LATER, I JUST CALLED THEIR STORE AND RAFFI TALKED ME THROUGH THE PROBLEM. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM A FINE FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS.
