I wish I had them adjust the antena while they were still here

The two poles that comprised the mast on my exterior television antenna separated and the antenna fell against the back of my house in late 2019. Raffi from Minas came out the day after they were contacted in January 2020 and we discussed solutions. As it was January and he was going to need to place a ladder on the slanted kitchen roof to reach the 24-foot peak of the main house where the antenna was mounted, we had to wait a bit for a thaw. When then weather improved and the snow melted, on February 3rd, he came by with his assistant to hold and steady the ladder while he climbed up detached the antenna from the separated mast, attached the antenna to a new mast and secured it in place. After he oriented the antenna toward downtown, he waited on the roof, in the cold, while I rescanned my televisions. The price was reasonable, the work done extremely competently and Raffi was a pleasure to work with.

Total pro. Recommend to anyone!

Would not recommend Rafi. He installed my antenna correctly but rewired the RG6 cable to bypass the signal amplifier that is mounted on the antenna mast. Now I get a weak signal directly from the antenna instead of it going to the amplifier. I will have to fix this problem in the spring. I have put up several TV antennas with signal amplifiers several times but getting too old to crawl on the roof.

Awesome job. Reliable. Old school. Does what he says. I would definitely recommend Minas and Rafi.

I was happy with the installation. The technician was in contact with me to let me know when he was coming and was able to accommodate me be switching me to a morning appointment. Worked out much better with my schedule.

Timely Hooked up new antenna to two tvs,

Ralph arrived on time and went straight out to see what had to be done and informed me what he was doing. He cleaned up behind himself.I also appreciate the fact that if a perform cannot do something and it's not in their wheelhouse and they let you know.

Mina's is great! I cut cable out years ago but my antenna was damaged this past winter. I called Mina's and they clearly explained the process and the costs. They came out promptly, climbed a high roof, and replaced my antenna with a waaaay better one! I now have 65 digital channels (some are crap shopping channels) . Mina's is great. Call Mina's !

I used Minas to install a flat screen TV in my living room on the wall over a sofa table. The installer, I wish I could remember his name, was very cordial and answered my many questions. He also had a couple recommendations of his own as to the height of where the TV should be placed. Excellent service.

He did not try to sell materials or services that were not needed or discussed earlier, which I appreciated. Everything is working well at this time.

Had an old attena removed from my chimney and they were able to re-attach a roof fan vent cover that had blown off as well while they up there. Best service ever.

I enrolled in HomeAdvisor on a Sunday for a TV problem. Minas called me not 5 minutes later. I described the problem. They came out when they said they would, 2 days later. And fixed the service for two TVs, installing new antenna wires. Rational troubleshooters, kept me informed as work progressed.

Excellent service, follow-up and expertise. Raffi showed up at my house when he said he would and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Honest and reliable.

Project: Replace existing outdoor antenna Quick, efficient and at a fair price! From initial contact to completing the project, it all went smoothly. Marcos is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He arrived on schedule, installed the requested antenna, and confirmed reception of 60+ channels (more than from old antenna) on our smart-tv (now getting stations from Chicago, 14 miles away, and Milwaukee! We will use AV-Techs (Marcos) again for an internal wiring project. Obviously we had a good experience and highly recommend AV-Techs.
