When Mila first visited, she seemed competent and made a lot of promises. She charged 20% more than I've had to pay before, but promised excellent cleaning. The cleaning actually provided by her service was just okay. The person who was cleaning would sometimes show up an hour or more early. When I complained, she didn't apologize and said that it was necessary. The early arrivals did stop. Five minutes before my regular cleaning person was supposed to arrive today, I got a text saying that someone else would be doing the cleaning. When I called and asked why I didn't get more notice about this change, she said she was too busy. The woman showed and only spoke Polish. She didn't know enough english for me to explain that Mila didn't tell me she was coming, never the less to let her know what was important to me in cleaning the house. Mila has been unprofessional, expensive and doesn't provide a great service.

Dear [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking your time to write this review. For almost thirteen months, since May of 2016 there were no complains from you about the quality of our service. If a client doesn't like the quality they should immediately inform us in order for us to improve the service. For these 13 months you had the same lady coming to work at your house and everything seemed to be going great. In fact, there was only a single accident when this lady came to your house 30 minutes earlier than she was supposed to, and we apologized for that since you let us know it was very important to you. For these thirteen months our service received more than 10 cancellations with you, yet we always were flexible with your schedule and did not charge a cancellation fee many services do. Our ladies are not robots, they are people who just like others sometimes face emergency situations which stop them from coming to work. For these thirteen months this was a first and only time another lady came to clean because the other could not. I personally apologized to you on the phone call that morning. I would apologize again, however, I would like to mention that when at the begging I come to the clients' houses in order to give an estimate I do it in order to makes notes on anything specific the clients want me to pay attention to. I always inform my clients from the beginning that there will be the same lady coming to clean their place unless there is an emergency such as sickness, family emergency, injury etc. You never mentioned about early notice nor tried to be flexible and understand the situation of our lady. Our service has its own pricing, we are not the most cheap service nor we are the most expensive, and as I mentioned every house is unique and required a specific time to clean. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and for not being able to meet the expectations that were never talked about. P.[Member Information Removed]. The lady spoke Ukrainian, not Polish.
