I wish I had done a general Internet search on this place so I could have seen all the bad reviews.
Description of Work: Fridge stopped working about 4 months after purchase. I had to pay to get the entire fan replaced.

We happened by chance to drive by this place, on our way to another appliance *used* place. We saw that this business had a lot of advtertising and spread a ways down the street. We stopped in, and instantly fell in love. We were seeking used appliances to put in a rental, but we wanted them in good condition! Someone (I think his name was Ramon ?) greeted us right away and showed us where to look. He told us of the delivery cost ($25 per delivery, not per piece). We looked upstairs (bedroom and new things), and all over downstairs (sheet sets and new beds/furniture). We came back to the appliance floor and picked out our fridge and gas stove. Another gal (blonde hair, friendly) came by to help us, but we said we were working with Ramon, she asked Ramon if it was ok if she helped us out, he said yes, and so we checked out with her. She gave us free delivery, which when we researched the company online afterwards, noted that they were offering free delivery. We were so excited when we paid, scheduled a delivery, and then left. We had seen many negative reviews online (not thru Angie's List), about delivery, but they said they'd come between 8am-3pm, and would call ahead to let us know they were coming. They called at 830am, and came at 845am. We have a tricky front door location, but they were able to get the 2 items in perfectly, they placed them where we wanted (along a certain wall). We tipped them, because of the tricky location of our door, and they hauled the items up 20 steps to our kitchen, and we were just so d*** happy with the whole experience! Update: We connected up the gas stove & found it didn't have a high enough flame, so we called Mike's, they sent a technician out the next day (free), who checked it and said we needed a replacement, so we went back to Mike's, picked out another stove, free delivery, and it was sent the next day. The only problem is that it doesn't connect to the newer flex gas connection, so we had to get a few parts, and in addition some MORE parts, b/c we were unable to unscrew the old part. I just hope this works.
Description of Work: We were seeking an appliance store that had used items, for a rental that we were renting, and we didn't want to invest a bunch of money into. We had seen a few stores so far, but were very unimpressed with the cleanliness, and selection (very high priced items, that you could get at home depot for new).
