Michael is an extremely competent and knowledgeable agent who can see the forest for the trees and does his homework in preparing for his clients. How do I know this? I have worked with him on multiple home inspections and he is always addressing the important issues at hand and keeping a sober view of the process in general. Deal or no deal, he is most attuned to protecting his clients than ramming a deal down their throats. And believe, I am long in the tooth listening and watching unscrupulous agents profess the greatest knowledge that the real estate world has ever seen! His professionalism and deep research in finding out the micro trends in today's marketplace are just two reasons this guy is going places.

Michael is a very involved real estate agent. He was able to make suggestions and give me opinions on places that made it easier to find a place that I liked. I believe his knowledge of the Chicagoland area helped him understand what I wanted in a home and we were able to find one very quickly that fit my style. Like I mentioned above, Michael provided me with all the resources I need to complete the purchase of my home. Buying a home for the first time can be a very overwhelming experience, but I felt that it couldn't have gone much smoother. Aside from that Michael is someone that never forgets his clients. Each year he throws a client appreciation party to thank everyone he has worked with. I thought this showed his commitment to his clients and has lead me to refer all of my friends to him who are also first and second time home buyers. Each person I have recommended, ended up purchasing a home through Michael, and will share the same thoughts as myself.
