He was very courteous. We had to change the appointment the first time, but he called me in a timely fashion. He came out when he was supposed to the second time we set up an appointment. He was very accommodating and helpful. He did his job and left. He was easy to have around. His pricing was also very good.

This damage was covered for $75 by insurance, but the company that the insurance company provided wanted to charge $340, because our location is inconvenient. We contacted Mr. Gawron, who who is a natural stone restoration expert. He asked if he could come and bid the job and do it immediately if we liked the bid. We agreed; he arrived on time, gave us his $75 bid, and we said ok. Mr Gawron had no problem with our location and was very resourceful with finding parking and returning with his materials and tools. He went about his work in an expert and professional manner, knowing exactly how to deal with fragile onyx and completed the job in less than an hour. Mr Gawron was very courteous, accommodating, careful and neat and struck us as having a very good work ethic.
