Amanda is very responsive and punctual. Some materials I didn't want thrown out were thrown out and Amanda said her organizer wouldn't have done that. As soon as I complained, she offered to come with her organizer and dig through the trash bins. I would have been happy had she just said she was sorry for any misunderstanding and that she would remind her organizer to check more closely before tossing things out. The situation deteriorated into what I perceived as a threat to sue me if I slandered her. Here is an excerpt from that e-mail: "There has not been an email sent to you that has not tried to fix the issue. You can't just complain about these things and not allow a company to fix the problem. I would be cautious of things said as they can be considered unjustifiable slander." The original e-mail estimate was that it would take about one day to do the job. When Amanda and her organizer came to do a walk through, she did not revise her estimate. She accommodated my crazy schedule that day, too. About half the job was done, though we agreed that we didn't want to continue to work together.
Description of Work: Unpacked boxes from a move several months earlier. Organized kitchen, pantry, and two very large hall closets. Disposed of materials. It was a big job, though by mutual agreement the organizer did not come back to organize the office, living room or master bedroom. The organizer bought items at Target ($150 or so?) for organizing and graciously offered to pick up any other items I needed there.

Prior to the work, she came over to give me an estimate and look at what needed to be done. On the day of the work itself, she came totally prepared with all the supplies she needed to get my home office up and running efficiently. To top it off, she made the work area look like a million bucks on a tight budget. I would HIGHLY recommend Amanda Wood/Messy Mandy to everyone and anyone. I am having her come back soon to help organize the rest of my house!
