Extremely well. We had to be out of our house at a certain time and Melendez moving made they possible by helping pack and providing extra boxes. They gave good estimates on how long it will take. They even made themselves available the next day when we realized at last minute we needed another day. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

I have used this service 2x to move. The first from Rogers Park to downtown and the second time from West Loop to Streeterville. Both times the crew showed up on time, handled everything very gently, and acted very professional. I even had a situation with reserving my elevators that caused a huge delay and they were more than happy to accommodate me. I don’t think you can beat the value for the price. I have referred them to several friends and they have always been happy. I will continue using them in the future and would highly recommend them.

A big thing for me when moving is working with a company that I trust will have my best interests in mind. Kevin Melendez went above and beyond to let me know I was taken care of each step of the way. No two week windows for delivery, no massive flatbeds with multiple apartments' worth of stuff. Everything was promptly picked up, specifically delivered, and placed with care in my new apartment, 2,800 miles away. The peace of mind I experienced was second to none. The price was competitive (especially given the very personal attention received). The communication was top notch. I'll sign up with this company over and over.

I had an excellent experience with Melendez Moving. From scheduling my move with Kevin, all the way through the completion of the move. Dylan and Mike were excellent movers. They were very professional, arriving 15 minutes early to be set up and moved swiftly, but not recklessly. They work well together, and their demeanor showed me that they take pride in the work they do. Even though it was raining and cold, they kept a great attitude through to the end. They even had me laughing! Which for me, was exactly what I needed to help eliminate the mountains of stress that comes with a move. I had a terrific experience and will would highly recommend Melendez Moving.

Kevin and Mike were great! A move from Schaumburg to Chicago was accomplished in less than 4 hours - in the rain...in December! Kevin was incredibly responsive via email before I even booked my move date and he made the process painless. I would highly recommend and I will use him again int the future!

Kevin & his crew helped move me in March of this year and it was a terrific experience. Moving is the worst. Thankfully, hiring Kevin and his crew to move me turned it into a quick, easy, painless, and - dare I say - enjoyable day. They are efficient, careful, and professional. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get everything from Point A to Point B and in great condition. Kevin is the MacGyver of moving, able to get my couch into the apartment despite a slim doorway and awkward angles. The entire experience was seamless and low-stress. Highly recommend.

I hired Melendez Movers for a move in April, 2017. It would be hard to imagine a more pleasant moving experience. They accomplished the task with a remarkable hybrid of speed, efficiency and care. They were simply amazing, from the front office making the arrangements to the crew in place at my home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
