landline phone service
+ -1 morePhone call after phone call with no success. Finally one individual seemed to have it figured out. They still cannot get the final bill resolved. How have they stayed in business with the horrible back room inefficiencies?
Description of Work: Was trying to transition from MCI to Xfinity and these guys wouldn't make it happen

+ -1 moreI RECEIVED A LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE BILL FROM THEM FOR A MINIMUM USAGE FEE. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THEY LISTED THE SERVICE FOR WAS A PHONE NUMBER I HAD 2 YEARS AGO AND WHICH IS NO LONGER IN USE. THEY HAD MY CURRENT ADDRESS. AFTER WAITING ON HOLD, I WAS ISSUED A REFUND AND THE SERVICE WAS DISCONTINUED. THE REPRESENTATIVE I SPOKE WITH, JUDY, WAS EXTREMELY POLITE, BUT I WAS APPALLED THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO BILL ME FOR SERVICE ON A NO LONGER EXISTENT PHONE LINE. I GUESS IT SHOWS THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET A LITTLE MONEY FROM THE CONSUMER.
