I really like the car. I leased the car. Overall, I think it's pretty good. Yes, I would use them again in the future. I chose them because my previous car was an Acura and I was having a problem. I took my car to the dealer to get it checked and given the car was 13 plus years old and the repair that was needed, I ended up walking out with a new car. It wasn't worth the cost of the repair.

I assisted my daughter in purchasing a car, because she doesn't know much about cars. The service and everything after that was terrible. They are the type of people that take advantage of women. What I like about them, they are the most beautiful people in the world before you buy the vehicle. Everything was nice before the paper work was done, after it was chaos to get any work done. It's lies to say we can't do that, we didn't say that. The guy made these promises, oh we will give you complimentary this and complimentary that, and they tell you things to get you to buy the vehicle and then don't want to stick by it. Afterwards there were things wrong with the vehicle and I had to take it back 5 times to get a slow leak fixed. What they were doing, we would take it in and say, hey the low tire light keeps coming on, rather than fix the slow leak, they would just put air in the tire instead of fixing the leak. Later, there was an issue with the window, and my daughter couldn't get any satisfaction. I took it over there and hey this window is making this noise and they said they would check it out, the car is still under 30 day warranty. After checking it out, Oh it's gonna you cost $500 to get this window repaired. So after bickering and arguing with them back and forth, the guy agreed to do the window but he never did because every time I took it in, Oh we don't have the part, or we can't fit you in. It became so annoying and such a problem that I just gave up on it. She has just been putting up with the noise. They did end up fixing the tire, but there is no way I should have had to take it back 5 times. Time is money. As a mechanic, you should know if the low tire light keeps coming on, this tire has a slow leak in it. Don't just put a little air in there and say it's gonna be ok. They are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They should be on one of the side streets, I don't know how they make it.

WOW! I am impressed. We just took delivery of our new TL and I am impressed and frankly speaking shocked! The experience was the best we have ever encountered while car shopping. HUGE amounts of credit go to our salesperson John Ta. He is about the most courteous salesperson around. He certainly gives a fresh, new complexion to the term "car salesman." Here is the story, and I assure you, this is all true! We went in to Acura with the hopes of leasing an ILX. We crunched some numbers and felt that the ILX would be the most we can get from Acura (a manufacturer we both favor), because we had a tight budget. We took a test drive and decided that the vehicle was just not what we had hoped it would be, so we decided to go to Honda and get the Accord we had test drove the day before. When walking us to the door, our salesperson, John asked us what vehicle we REALLY favored at Acura. We both answered him simultaneously that the TL was our dream car and we were pretty sure that it was out of our price range (listing at over $40K). John said that he would like to take a "shot" at the numbers and wondered if we would come back inside and give him a minute to work on it. We had nothing to lose so we agreed, sat back down and he came in with some numbers that were higher than our budget. We suggested that he could take our existing vehicle as a trade-in and maybe that would help get the numbers closer. He took the info from our SUV and told us that it would take more than a minute this time. We decided to go to lunch while we waited. During lunch, we decided that we needed to stick to our original budgeted plan and went directly home, calling John to apologize and explain our thoughts. The sales manager contacted us back within the hour explaining that they not only could MEET our numbers, but they actually figured out a way to BEAT our budget for the exact vehicle we wanted. Calling us skeptics would be an understatement. But we decided to set up a time to "sign the paperwork" (or not) and went back a few days later. True to their word, McGrath produced the perfect vehicle, bested our budget and made lifelong, dedicated customers out of us. We still don't know how it was possible, but are not going to ask. We am happy to report that the new TL is amazing, the experience was the best ever and I cannot recommend John Ta as a respectful, knowledgeable and overall pleasant salesperson.
