Mbran Construction

The interaction was easy. Easy to communicate with. Good ideas for remodel and re-design. Definitely had fair prices. I thought the estimate he gave me was fair. I haven't made a decision to more forward yet. The consultation and estimating and idea creating work were all good.

It went horrible. He started the work and got everything torn up in the bedrooms. Then he told me there was a death in his family and he had to take off Friday and would be back Monday. He didn't come back for a week. He wasn't answering any of my calls. He then showed up one day and said his phone had been lost and the trip took longer because he had to drive instead of fly. When he was going to put down the floors he said that he needed to get trim to put down and it would cost me another $400. He did not make any of the completion dates. He tried to charge additional costs. I ended up talking to an attorney and kicked him out of my house. I had to bring another contractor to finish the work. His work was mediocre at best.
