MBK Flooring

My girlfriend gave me this lead as MBK Flooring did work in her brother's home twice. He and his wife were very satisfied with the work. I must say that I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity of doing business with the owner, Chris Brudniak. His quote was most reasonable for the work provided which was as follows- remove the existing hardwood flooring, install oak flooring, sand, buff floor, 1 X stain and 2 coats poly. Going into the project, I was apprehensive about dust from the work and fumes from the stain. Our first floor was well draped and, I must say, the dust was nothing to worry about. Our flooring was quickly removed and the new floor was installed. Chris had me select some stains and once the wood was down, he painted some samples right on the raw wood so we could see, first hand, how it looked in our home. A great idea! I was worried about nothing with the stain fumes. Not a problem at all. The work took 4 days, however, we asked Chris to add an extra coat of poly for added protection. Our initial contract did not cover hauling out the old floor so we paid an extra charge for that service and the added poly. The cost was reasonable for both. I found MBK Flooring's services to be highly professional, dependable and very tidy. Again, the prices were most reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. We love our hardwood floor and it is our pleasure to give this outstanding review. Great service should be recognized!

MBK replaced hardwood floors in my kitchen, dining, and living room areas. I did the removal of the old flooring myself. Kris' team was professional, courteous, and meticulous. The quote given was very fair and the work done was beautiful. The crew was very careful to tape up our existing carpet and plastic off the areas they were working on. Installing new floors creates an incredible amount of dust, and they did everything they could to contain it. We could not decide on what color stain to use, and Kris was very patient and actually stained 6 different samples against our new cabinets in the kitchen. This made it very easy for us and took the worry out of whether we chose the right color for our new kitchen. They were very clean and treated the project like it was their own home. I would highly recommend MBK for your next flooring project.
