They started it in March and it went thru April and in the first week of May they finished it. They could have communicated a little better. I had to call them up. It snowed in March and they laid the steel for the wrought iron fence and it took them awhile to come back. I had to keep calling them. That's the only thing I found a problem with and I told them. They had someone else working with them and it didn't work out too well, but finally I got it up. It was pretty long. Those poles stayed up it seemed like all of March and all of April. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I let them know that I reported them. I trusted them because I had a contract for the concrete and they did such a good job and they did more than what I asked them to do so I didn't take a contract on the fencing. The man asked me to give him a check for $1800. I gave it to him. The next day they put the poles up, the wrought iron poles, because I got a fence from the garage to the back of my house and it's 6 foot. He took the money but I didn't have a contract and that's why I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. My daughter said I just lost my money but they did such a good job on the other. I trusted them so I know now from now on out I have to have a contract up front. It looks nice after it's up but it took a little threatening them and talking to them a little rough. My son has to come over. I thought they were taking advantage of me because I just lost my husband here in Dec. So all of this is like new money to me to get things done while I had it. Things that we had agreed on to do. I was just trying to get some stuff done to up build the house. I paid them cash, well a check. It wasn't a credit card. I felt like they were taking advantage of me on that part. They did more than they were supposed to do on the concrete but when it came down to the fence my son was verbally fighting with them to get them to do what they needed to do. It's not that its a bad fence, it just could have been better overall.

They did the work quickly in a timely basis. It was fine. They did more than they needed to do. The pricing was great according to the others that came out. He was reasonable. It was fast. Chris, the son, his dad owns the company. I think I would rather deal with Chris to be honest. His dad is the type of guy that just wants to sell sell sell. He tell you one thing and when it comes to not communicating with his son. He's not coming back. He's done set it up so to speak. I would use them again for concrete work.
