I was pleased with the job done by the paint crew. They arrived on time, and completed the job as promised. I liked the quality of their work and would hire them again.

They were great at painting and power washing. In repairing what lay under the paint there was a tendency to cut corners although when I noticed a problem they fixed it,

These guys did an amazing job on my old house! 2nd floor was brand new laid oak floor that looks awesome. Then they repaired & refinishedmy kitchen floor that has 100 year old wood. They were in & out in 2.5 days. Just a really nice professional job, I d definitely use them again.

Master Pro painted the interior of our house nearly three years ago. They did a decent job, albeit sloppy. They left paint splatters on our hard wood floors in several rooms. I thought the price was excessive for the work completed. In addition, they just bid another project and came in nearly $3000 over the next nearest bid. The highest of all four, by far. Needless to say we won?t be using them again.

Adelmo, the owner, takes great pride in his work and it shows. He and his crew finished quickly and my place looks beautiful. They did an excellent job!

Adelmo and his team were very nice people and they were able to work very quickly. The two main issues we had were communication & execution. We very clear about expectations, timing and budget. Everything was yes, yes, yes, no problem. Our first issue was with the custom wine rack. We picked one out that we liked and were told no problem. But then it was that they had to order it, it was more money and it was not available for when we needed it by. Why are they ordering it, we were told they were going to make it? So we decided to go with a different design. It looks nice from a distance but up close it looks very messy and not well made. I was disappointed because I could have done a better job if I had the proper tools. There was no attention to detail. When you get close, you can see that they got paint everywhere. On the floor, on the ceiling fan, the windows, the switch plates and so on. The cabinets were painted and you can see spots there were missed. Finally, they were pretty messy. The bathroom & the (brand new) kitchen sink were left with paint & grout in them. Actually, I think the toilet seat has grout on it too. So, overall they were nice people who got the job done but we felt the execution was lacking.

Matias Construction was a pleasure to work with. As a new homeowner, I was very cautious and nervous about any work done. Adelmo is very nice and took the time to answer all my lengthy questions prior to starting any work. He met me when it was convenient for me. His team did the work super fast and with great craftsmanship. My bathroom is beautiful. I will hire them again for future project.

True professionalism from start to finish. I met with Adelmo to show him some of the work needed to be done at one of our properties (drywall removal and replace with new), patching, sanding and painting of the new drywall install. It was a pretty hefty project They were able to complete it all in a couple days and it looked great! Adelmo and his team are top notch! Will definitely keep him in mind for other projects, whether it be at one of our properties or our home.

Adelmo is a true pro. He listens to the needs of the customer and puts the customer's satisfaction first. His crew is equally as impressive. They were always willing to help without any reservation. I never worried whether any part of my project was getting done. They do quality work and stand behind it regardless the cost or time which I think is rare in this day and age. Thanks for making our home the way we expected and sticking to the schedule! I am happy to refer Matias Construction in the future. Chris

Crew was very professional....they painted my 1400 sq. Ft. Condo in two days and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend this company.
