Excellent craftsmanship, finish the project early.

Adelmo and his crew were fantastic. We hired them to build a pergola on our roof deck as well as re-stain the existing wood from a red paint to a more natural wood stain. The quality of their work is amazing. You can't even see the old red paint and the pergola turned out exactly as we imagined. Adelmo did a great job communicating the step by step process throughout the project. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects.

We had a back deck demolished and a Trex deck installed. We also had all of the grass removed from the back yard and converted the entire yard to pavers to create a large patio. Adelmo came out and gave a quick quote and a great price and communicated well during the entire process. A crew of 3-4 guy's came out and completed the work in the time frame quoted. The craftsmanship was great. I added extras and they took care of that with a reasonable charge. Two of my neighbors asked for their info after seeing the work they did. We are very happy with Matias Construction.

Very quick response and high quality work.

Matias Construction did an excellent job, we ended up not doing our full floors but used them for expanding a cased opening and patching the floor, they were done ahead of schedule. My only issue was that some things that should have been included in the estimate were not and I had to discuss the omission and additional costs, however we got it worked out.

The final product of work was exceptional. We are very pleased with how the front of our home looks so inviting. Plus, the personal follow-up by Adelmo to ensure complete satisfaction of his customer meant everything to me. I would recommend this company to friends, family and anyone who is looking for quality work.

Hire Matias Construction!! Their professionalism and thoroughness are fantastic. I will definitely hire them again. The crew did an amazing job prepping, priming, and painting our brick home. Adelmo was extremely responsive to my question and requests (when I noticed something I wanted done differently, he immediately got the crew to work on my request). The crew was also great. They patiently answered my questions, kept the work area clean, and worked nonstop. When they found some rot on the eave of our roof, Adelmo quickly provided a reasonable estimate to repair it, and had his carpenter at the house the next day. Our house looks AMAZING! Adelmo and his crew totally surpassed all my expectations!
