Description of Work: Three areas of a sofa and loveseat that had been frayed and/or chewed by my dogs - one corner to the wood frame itself - were repaired in minutes - you can't even find the areas repaired - INCREDIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!! BRAVO ANDREW!!!

Description of Work: Andrew was recommended by a friend who has impeccable taste and has a little black book with all the names of her preferred vendors and craftsmen. She couldn't have steered me to a better person. I don't think I have ever done business with a specialist or craftsman who was more prompt, more responsive, more knowledgeable, more of a perfectionist, more efficient, or more likeable. My job was tiny and he gave me the same attention he would give someone who was spending $10,000 or $50,000. He's worked for many stars and celebrities and he's worked all over Winnetka, Lincoln Park, and Barrington. But no job seems to be too small or worth skimping on. He is an artisan from the old country who takes humongous pride in what he does and in the finished product. He amazed me when he showed me the photos where he took an old, beat up or out-of-fashion couch, cut it or lengthened it (yes, he even does that) and completely refashioned it before reupholstering it. I bought my fabric elsewhere because I was looking for something very specific to match a newly designed zebra wood "office" piece I had made. The chair was originally purchased in the 50's and the stuffing was hanging out. Oh, and Andrew's price even include the decorative nails that outline the back and seat.
