Description of Work: Installed carpet in the condo entry way-two story with landing. Removed and took away carpet that was there. They brought the samples to my house and they worked fast.

+ -1 moreI got Mario's name from a warranty company, and he called promptly to schedule an estimate. He was able to come out within two days (I believe on a Saturday) even though this was a busy time. He faxed an estimate later that day. Because I was in a hurry to get my home on the market, Mario was able to juggle his schedule and begin the work in about a week--much sooner than I could have hoped for. He and his team arrived promptly to do the work and were very careful about getting the paint colors I asked for. When there was an obvious error in one of the colors, Mario went the extra mile to figure out the color. He also recommended slight color changes, which I was very happy with. He and his team had to move lots of furniture and deal with numerous cat-hair "tumbleweeds" and other dust/dirt in my home. They finished the work in 3 days, not the anticipated 4, and put the furniture back. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend him for quick service and a good price.
Description of Work: There were three parts: 1. Remove wallpaper in large kitchen, plaster walls to smooth out imperfections left by tile, paint walls, doors, window and door frames, and ceiling. 2. Scrape peeling paint from one wall in average sized bedroom, plaster and paint. Cost for parts 1 and 2: $570. 3. Prepare and paint two-story condo entry with three flights of stairs plus paint ceiling, stairs and handrail going to basement plus repair door frame and re-attach a door closer plus patch and paint both sides of the front door to the building. Cost for part 3: $1285. Mario also was able to recommend a carpet guy, get the relevant samples, a bid, and schedule the work quickly. Thank you!
