Very disappointed in services. Should not have to ask to wipe walls down or rub fi ger across doors and they're still in need of dusting or rub shelf in closet and my hand is full of dust and you say your done. Took window out and put inside for her to clean both sides cause she don't clean out side and she said she don't do that. Not happy with price I paid for services rendered. I could have done a better job myself and saved myself 300dollars. Still cobb webs and dust hanging from the door and ceiling. I'm a realtor. Won't be recommending her services to any of my clients. Window seals on the inside still dusty and dirty. She was nice and pleasant but this is business and money.

Maria is efficient, extremely professional and excellent at her job. After seeing how great she is I asked her to also clean my mom’s house too. She uses high quality products and has a great eye for detail. My home is always sparkling and smelling great after she’s done. She’s great to work with

Maria House Cleaning Service did a professional and good job for an post apartment move out cleaning. They were very nice and super easy to communicate with through out the process. The landlord had special instructions, which they followed perfectly. I would recommend the service and would use it again.

I’ve actually hired Maria and Rosa about 4 times already! Love the work they do. Everything looks sparking clean and they always take care of my things that are in my apartments or house . I have several places, so it’s nice to have someone you can count on to come as soon as they can and do a great job!!

Maria and Rosa have been providing me with cleaning services for me for the last 7 months. At first I just needed some extra help with my Airbnb business in Oak Park, which they handed very professionally. But now for the last 4 months they have been a great addition to my home. Every 2 weeks they arrive on time ready to work. Worth every dollar.

They were excellent - clear and prompt communication, thorough cleaning, very nice and courteous.

I had a request for a Sunday, they messaged me that they do not typically work on Sundays but that they will be able to find someone. When they came out, they did not have the appropriate cleaning supplies for the bathrooms or to clean the interior of the oven. Their excuse was that usually Sundays is their stock up day and all they had was a general cleaner. After 1hr of light wiping down they charged me the full amount even though the oven was still left greasy, and the faucets had mildew build up and the lights had cobwebs. It was not a deep clean at all, and there was not even the recognition of customer service to charge less than what was agreed to for a deep clean. I did not pay the full amount, and they accepted reluctantly.

Maria did a great job cleaning our Condo! She showed up early, was very thorough in her dusting, and our kitchen and bathroom have never been cleaner! Definitely recommend (:

Very well. Both Maria and her partner Rosa arrived on time, even a bit early, ready to work. They brought their own cleaning supplies but were very accommodating when I asked them to use 2 specific products I provided. They divided up my home between them and were very efficient. Encouraged me to check everything before they left. They are both pleasant, honest and very efficient. I hope they’ll come back.

My home is almost 100 years old and can be a tough clean, but the girls from Maria's house cleaning did a great job making it sparkle!! I will definitely hire them again! And the price is competitive and reasonable!!

Maria reached out right away, late on a Friday, for a quote, and was able to come clean my bathroom the next day. Maria and Rosa were super lovely, worked quickly, and left my bathroom looking clean and bright!

The cleaning was good but to much rearranging.

Maria and her colleague arrived on time. Immediately, they came in with a game plan, moving from room to room with efficiency and speed. She asked all relevant questions to ensure things were cleaned to my liking. Both ladies were very polite and professional. I will have them back again in the future! I highly recommend.

Maria and Rosa did a great job. I had them clean my brother in law's place before we came to visit with my wife and kids. My wife has very high standards for cleanliness so she gave very specific instructions. They seemed to follow the instructions and the place looked and smelled great when we got there, and they left their signature bowtie fold for the blankets and napkins which gave a nice personal touch. My brother in law interacted with them and thought they were very nice and sweet. And most importantly, they were available! 100% would schedule again for my next visit, and am encouraging my brother in law to bring them more regularly.

Maria and her partner are thorough, detail-oriented and managed to clean more in a couple hours than I do in half a day. I’m so excited they were referred to me and to continue using her services!!

I asked specifically for post construction cleaning and received just a regular house cleaning. They did ok with the regular house cleaning, but that's not what I needed.
