Maria’s services were, by far, the most excellent I’ve ever received in this line of work. I live in a very tidy but easy to get dusty place. I have 3 pets - two cats & a dog, I live in an old building, & she was here three hours, by herself, and left the place looking like new. The last cleaners I had, also from this site, were Flori Housecleaning, who came after same amount of time from cleaners before them as Maria did - so house was equally as in need. Maria paid attention to safety hazards common in older buildings, which mightn’t seem such a big deal, but this kind of consideration was important to me, considering my last experience with Flori. For example, we have radiators that get very hot, and she had the common sense to ask if it was ok to place a floor mat on it. It is, of course, but if you read my review of Flori, you will understand why I make mention - they left an oil cloth bag atop a hot radiator and denied this later! She was honest, on time, pleasant, efficient, attentive to detail, caring, and overall, very professional. She offered options on products and type of service, as her aim is to leave the customer as satisfied with her work as possible. And my husband and I are beyond satisfied.

Maria's Housecleaning was hired to clean our empty house and prepare it for show. We needed someone to do all the basic cleaning, but also wood floors and molding to make it presentable for sale. The place looked great and was done and a very reasonable cost.

Worked for 3 hours. Charged $90. Cost was high, but she did good. Basement was very dusty, now it’s more breathable. Probably will hire if she lower rates.

Maria is a true professional. She does a great job keeping our apartment and building common areas spotless. She arrives timely for our weekly cleaning and always does a great job. On one occasion I left a pile of unfolded clean clothes on our made bed so they would be out of her way for cleaning. I came home to find them folded. It wasn’t part of her job and I didn’t expect it but she frequently goes above and beyond the call. We highly recommend her.

I like how she clean is very responsible some times I'm not home she have a permission to enter and I never have a problem whit her working alone,about cleaning the most important thing for me is the Kitchen and Bathroom and she is doing and excellent job on this, so yes I recommend to her
