Yes it was great! Me and my husband loved it.

I needed to get my carpet cleaned because the previous tenant at my apartment had a pet and there was a strong urine smell everywhere. nothing i did could fix it, but now it looks and smells great! the cleaning was done super quick and he was very nice. i would absolutely get his help again if i need it. :)

Have wanted to get floors brightened up for four years. Glad I found a service. Floors are glossy, shiny and the natural beauty of the wood pops. Looks great. Marc can do an in-home estimate and let you know up front if there are additional charges for things like filling natural knotholes or defects in the wood or for moving furniture.

They provided a verbal quote for $425 a written quote for $450 I texted him to inform him that the quote provided wasn?t the same as amount quoted in person I went ahead with the job and the floors were not sanded and I asked for a dark stain which was not done the floors are smeared he tried to get me to pay an additional $100 but I did not.

Hired this company to refinish my hardwood floors. Crew was pleasant but did NOT give me what i asked for, which was a sanding and refinishing. Only when he was putting the finish on, did i ask when is the sanding. He told me HE decided i didn?t need it. There had been no discussion or agreement of that. Owner told me he would return to actually sand the floors to satisfy me, then went silent. Next time I?ll do it myself. People just don?t care anymore.
