Description of Work: Painted entire interior of house. Very punctual, mostly clean--some paint speckles on surface but generally very tidy. Friendly, etc.

+ -1 moreIt was clear from the estimate and my conversation with Nigel as to materials and other concerns that this company knows their business, knows what a thorough job entails. They had proper insurance, which was one of the things that was important to me. However, I felt their estimate was rather high compared to the other reputable companies I contacted for estimates.
Description of Work: I needed a cedar sided three-flat in Chicago stained and painted. I spoke to Nigel, who was polite and courteous. He said he'd be out to look at the building within a day, and did come within that time. There were a few days' delay between the time he looked at the building and his sending on the emailed estimate; by the time I received it, I had already signed with another company.

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied to see the excellent quality these men did on our driveway. They were prompt, courteous and really knew how to handle the pressure washing machine they used. I would highly recommend them for this and other power washing jobs, and will use them again.
Description of Work: The came out and gave us an estimate on power washing our driveway. They won the bid from us and came back and power washed, taking about two hours or so completing the task. They then cleaned up and disposed of the waste.

+ 0 moreVery well: We requested estimate, sat on it for a while, but when we were ready we made an appointment to start and work was performed without any problems and on time and on budget.
Description of Work: This work was done in the summer of 2000: Power washed, prepared, primed, painted and stained as necessary all exterior of the house, including wood trim, siding, doors, frames, posts, handrails, spindles and porches.

+ -1 moreI'VE USED THEM THREE TIMES OVER THE PAST 8 YEARS. THEY ARE GREAT, NICE AND CONFIDENT, AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. WITH THE COMPLEXITY OF THE JOB IT REQUIRED SOME GREAT SKILL. THEY ARE REASONABLE. I HAVE A HUGE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM. THEY ALSO PAINTED A SECOND BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOMS AND A KITCHEN.
