I had the Maid1 service for 2yrs. on and off. Every time it was done to my satisfaction.

Cleaning people showed up on time. They needed to use our equipment and supplies, overall work was only OK at best -- not the good thorough cleaning we would have expected for 6 hours of work. Price was good, but only because we purchased an Angie's List big deal.

I was pretty disappointed in the service provided. I bought the angies list deal for this cleaning service of $144 for 6 hours of cleaning. I didn't know that meant just one cleaner and so instead they sent 2 cleaners for 3 hours which was not told to me until the day before. I was hoping they would be able to get the job done. I bought the service as a gift to my mom and I am really trying to find a cleaning service that is reliable and good so I can use them more often. My parents live in a 4 bedroom 2800sq foot house, so i didn't think it would be that hard to get to most of the house in 3 hours. t live out of state and have a wonderful cleaning lady and my view on what is appropriate from a quality and price standpoint are based on her. They did a poor job in cleaning overall. they only were able to get to a few rooms in the 3 hours and had to be told constantly about areas missed. I really wanted to get the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned well, but it was done at a very average or below average level. needless to say I felt like it was a waste of money and I will not be using this service again.

Excellent. They were efficient and professional. Unlike other services, they are willing to work with you to clean those areas most important to you within your time/budget constraints, and then ask what else they can do when they have more time to spare. I highly recommend them.

Overall the crew did a nice job on the cleaning. At the end they accidentally took one of my cleaning bottles with them. Fortunately noticed it was missing. When I called them, they checked with the crew, and found the bottle, and then returned it to me the next day.

It all went quite easily: well-organized with a complete review when the work was done

My wife spoke with a person in charge and requested 2 people for three hours of cleaning, as the coupon stated but was informed by the person she spoke to that he could give us one or four person to clean the house. We wanted two only and the person my wife spoke to could or would not provide two people. This was not acceptable for us, so we need to cancel the coupon. Needless to say we are disappointed by the refusal of the company to live up to their terms.

This cleaning service is wonderful! I have had cleaning services in the pas,t as well as an individual housekeeper, and this service is superior to all those I have tried. Every service time I am asked if there is anything special that I would like. They honor all reasonable requests and are happy to accommodate me. When I have had to change my regular day, they do so happily even though I understand that I may be inconveniencing them. They make the customer feel important and are happy to help. The cleaning is very good and they are very thorough. They learn what you like and then continue to do that. The owner of the company is here all the time reviewing the work and making sure everything is done correctly and to my standards. I am very "picky" and very detail oriented. They have satisfied me and are a great help keeping my home functioning efficiently since I do not have to take care of the cleaning myself. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend maid1.com. They are very reliable and I have no problem leaving the house when the ladies are working. Overall, it's been a great experience working with them.

I have always been happy with this service. Most importantly, I can trust them in my home. They are careful and do a nice job. I know that I can depend on them. I like that they bring a 3 or 4 person team and are in and out of my house quickly. They are always on time and are more than happy to handle any special request. Even though I have used them for years, they still check in with me periodically to confirm that I am happy and to see if there is anything else I need.
