+ -1 moreI wanted my house cleaned for Thanksgiving. I called a few weeks prior and the closest to Thanksgiving I could get was the Saturday prior. Nakia offered me 9:30am and I said yes. They did not show up nor did they call to cancel. I called 2 times on Saturday and only got an answering machine. I left messages. I called Monday afternoon (I was waiting to see if they would actually call me, but no). All I got was excuse after excuse and at no time did they offer to rectify the situation. I cleaned the house myself and I will NEVER call them again.
Description of Work: They were supposed to clean my house, but they never showed up!
