+ 1 moreHe talked us out of getting a permit. The last straw was that in 2011 we had a pipe burst in the bathroom because the drywaller he hired butted up again a copper pipe and over the last 2 years the copper pipe had a chemical reaction from the nail and a hole developed, finally bursting.. we've spent $3,000 fixing his "professional" work

+ -1 moreI chose a slightly complicated pattern with large format tiles (20in) and super small grout lines. Matt helped us purchase the tile through his discount supply house and promptly delivered and installed the product for us. While he was not the cheapest quote we got, his quality of workmanship is outstanding and worth the extra cost in my opinion. I would hire Maiben Construction again.
Description of Work: We hired Matt to install 400sqft of tile flooring into our basement.
