It took several days for the carpet do dry (normally it dries sooner than that). After it finally started to dry, I noticed there were a lot of brownish splotches throughout my carpet, especially in the high-traffic areas. I felt the carpet and it felt like there was an oily residue on it. It also smelled oily--kind of like a machine oil. It was very noticeable...essentially, the carpet was worse than what it started. He did come back and do the process again, but he was shouting at me and told me that my room was too cold and told me also that my carpet was too soiled. He was very confrontational. He was not professional, bottom line. He also refused to feel or smell the spots to confirm my suspicions. The spots re-appeared (bigger, but a little lighter) after the second time. I called him and told him this and asked for my money back. I haven't heard back since.
