Work delays, shoddy work, and a serious problem whereby the contractor reordered 19 windows and decided to shrink all of the windows by 2 inches on each dimension to cut corners on cost and trim work - without being upfront about it. After calling him out on it and asking for many of the windows to be replaced, and agreeing to take a bit of a hit myself, he agreed to do it, but then never did it. He then told me he was dealing with a fraud case with his bank and gave me lots of other excuses about how he was having a hard time staying in business. Stay away.

Courteous, attentive to details, responsive, and of the highest quality, we turned to him for many a job once we moved into a new home that had not been well maintained. Not only was David able to perform just about any task we needed done (including referring us to a great plumber), but he was unfailingly courteous, professional, and even encouraging it when I was despairing of the amount of work we had to have done. We would entrust any job to him and cannot recommend him more highly.
Description of Work: You name it, we had David Von Osdol help us with it! Creating backsplash for the kitchen, kitchen cabinetry work, interior paint, exterior railing painting, welding, roofdeck building and staining, design and building of a pergola, helping with a roof leak, even moving furniture

+ 1 moreIt went great. Very professional, straight forward. Detailed billing. Neat and orderly. Attention to detail. He went the extra mile and really helped me pick out lighting, tub, toilet, etc.
Description of Work: Complete bathroom remodel. Took out everything and installed glass tile in shower/tub area, sunken tub, shower doors, travertine tiles on floor and walls (subway style), modern bathroom sink, mirror, light fixture, outlet.
