Toney Seavers in the last week DO NOT entrust these people with anything you value. Terrible service from the manager/owner David McCall. They were late to pick up our old place due time 10am arrival time 10:45. I had to call him to inquire where they were. The 3 man crew loaded up well. Daivd not in attendance, he had not give the driver the location where were moving to. I gave them the info and headed out at 1pm. The new home was a 4 hr drive away 6 hrs in I had to call to find out where they were. Got the run around from him for an hour until he finally admitted to my wife that he had them make a detour to pick up gas money from him and drop one of the moving men home. Really?? He was the one who told us this was a 3 man job, now he's saying they are going to be late due to his unpreparedness and short handed. After several more back and forth calls he offers to reimburse us $100 for the inconvenience and lack of timeliness. Mind you this is a small jester given the $2700 he was paid. The now 2 man crew arrives at 9pm in a quiet residential gated community. I had communicated w/ny landlords and neighbor in advance that we would be moving in around 5pm. Great first impression with new our neighbors unloading a truck at this time of night. BTW did I mention it started raining about 1hr into the unload so hear come the wet boxes and tracking of the floor. In comes our 50in TV and yes you guessed it the screen is cracked. Another call to the absentee owner /manager. And now its back on the phone to resolve another issue. After back and forth about responsibility Mr MCCall agrees to pay for the tv as well. It has been 3 mo several emails text messages and still no reimbursement. We have resorted to brigining in a lawyer. Customer service, honoring your commitments simply nonexistent. Avoid this vendor.
