Description of Work: I have used this company over the years for repairs on rental apartments. Rich is prompt, usually has the parts on his truck or can get the parts within a day (unlike Sears who can take 10 days for parts). He was unable to repair my newer appliances with computer controls.

+ -1 moreGreat. We have called Rich before, and he always wants to know the specific model of the appliance. He can often diagnose the problem on the phone, and bring the needed parts and equipment with him, saving an extra trip.
Description of Work: Our dishwasher wasn't draining. We called Rich about 8 am. He asked for the model number of the dishwasher. When he arrived, at 9:45, he brought a part that he had put together himself, and that matched the drain in this model of dishwasher. Using this part, he removed an obstruction from the pump outlet to drain the outlet hose. He then tested the machine and discussed how to prevent recurrance. He charged us for 20 minutes ($139).
