The rating says it all, terrible job, terrible response, never again

Experience beginning to end was terrible and we still haven't got resolution to the issues. Poor response in original attempt to order. Poor communication to get job material in, work scheduled, etc. The job wasn't measured right, installation was poor. Material was defective and resolution of problems has taken forever. I will update this with more details. Everything that could have gone wrong with a job has gone wrong. I wanted to get this posted but will go in to more details as soon as I can. Under service details I listed the last contact date, but this has been going on for over 6 months. I have more pictures to add including boards that have separated and completely lifted.

They were terrible, the people themselves are very nice, I have done a lot of work to this house and I have never had a clue that it was so, it was in coded and it didn't lay out any pricing what so ever it just laid out like square footage's of things and it wasn't even clear on what square footage was what are any of that so was the work on top of it they charged twenty five dollars just to come and measure and to give us an estimate so basically which is highly unusual I never paid for estimate before and it was really upsetting just because I've paid for to try and get some sort of promotional discount there and they did a crappy job at what they did, so I will never use them again. I would say that the people are very friendly, the customer service on the fact of friendly was fine, really good but then the whole set up of the way their bid is setup and everything was very unsatisfactory. lack of transparency on the bid is the main thing receiving the bid sort of attentiveness to try to get business.
