We hired Luis and his team to paint all our walls, ceilings, install and paint new baseboards and a few other tasks. Luis and his team are absolutely phenomenal. They are timely, quick to respond, and their work speaks for itself. Luis treats your home like it is his own - going the extra mile to clean up lines and fix cracks, etc. I would recommend Luis and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and highly skilled team to help you with your home project! I live in a two flat that required its porches to be power washed, sealed and stained. Luis and his team are true professionals. They are very polite and very easy to work with. Luis is very professional and comes prepared with all material. He pays attention to detail and did an incredible job with my drywall.

They pressure washed, then sanded as needed, then applied the undercoat and then the topcoat in two colors to our porch. We are grateful for the quality of their work and for their integrity.

We hired Luis to repair damaged drywall and plaster walls. Luis was timely in his responses to questions and made us feel comfortable with his suggestions. He showed up on time and finished our project quickly. With drywall repair there can be a lot of dust, but Luis left his work area clean. Will hire him again for future projects.

Luis and team were flexible and accomodating with their time given the circumstances next door (house being demolished at same time as they were out to perform their work). Ultimately we were very happy with both the repair work (fix bent spikes and latches of our wrought iron fence) and then repainting of the fence.

Luis was very thorough and kept me informed during the entire project. He clearly communicated what needed to be done and how long it would take. He made sure the area was cleaned up afterwards and that the job was done to my satisfaction before leaving. He showed up at precisely the scheduled time and was very courteous and efficient. Hired Luis to fix damage to my basement ceiling. The quote was fair. He was honest, friendly, and easy to work with. No hidden pricing. Luis stood by his work. The finished project is clean and done well.

We hired Luis to prep and stain our wooden patio fence. He first power washed the entire fence and then, weather permitting, proceeded to stain the fence. He did a very good job and the patio fence looks much better.

We absolutely love Luis's professionalism, kindness, and honesty. When Luis approached me on Angi, to be honest, I was not sure, simply how little review he has. But like any great business or profile, it needs to start somewhere.... and I am so glad we hired Luis to paint and stain our deck. When we were getting estimates, many people have given all kind of estimates. Some will only do one coat, some won't even sand for us. But Luis came in with saying he would do everything with a very competitive price. Besides, everything that he shared with us about how to treat the wood or types of paint is on point (I did my own research too). Last but most importantly, Luis is not pushy at all, he provide his professional opinion and lets you decide! So glad we found Luis, and we are already talking about using him again for our fence. Bot side of our neighbor were so impress with our 'new' deck and want to engage Luis too.

Luis was great and did a terrific job fixing my damaged ceiling due to water leakage from my roof. After fixing the ceiling, he takes his time sanding and painting my ceiling. My ceiling now looks great. I give Luis 2 million stars for being a great person, a great professional, and a magician of the art of how he does such wonderful work. I will call on him for all my future home improvement projects for my home. Thank you, Luis.

I hired him to paint several rooms in one of my rental units, and a two story hall way.There was one room a closet that need new dry wall he was able to do that job as well. He was very kind and professional, I would definitely recommend him.

Luis is capable of adding value to any home project. I am listing painting, but he has helped with tile heavy bathroom remodels, washer installation, drywall, insulation, fencing and roofing. His skill set is impressive and work ethic to me seems hard to match. Property owners in Chicago looking for consistent work should have him in mind. A go to for any landlord etc.
