+ -1 moreI highly recommend Erica and her team! We hired Erica to renovate 4 bathrooms in our home. Her team was amazing. Great at communicating. Set realistic timeframes. Set the proper expectations upfront. I'm also a top ten real estate agent out of 19,000 in Chicago and I have worked with many design + build firms and I can honestly say that Erica was at the top!

Our condo had not been updated for many years and we had no idea where to start. Erica and her team are very knowledgeable and have a great eye and amazing ideas. They really know how to pull a room together. Being new to America it was great to have a Company that works with great contractors and project manages your project from beginning to end. Description of Work: Lugbill Designs helped us renovate and furnish our entire townhome by providing design ideas and project managament services. Lugbill helped us decide which materials/products to use and how to use them, then procured them, and overaw the work. Our space is 4 levels, with bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, etc. and the project included floors, paint, fixtures, furnishings, etc.
