 + -1 moreIt has been a horrible experience. I have not paid one cent so far but as far as I am concerned, my cabinet has been stolen and I would like it back.
Description of Work: Lucy took a cabinet from me 8 months ago that I wanted to have refinished. She told me it would be delivered back to me in two weeks. I have not seen the cabinet since then. She never returns my calls. She does not offer any explanation of why she has not returned the cabinet. I cannot get her to answer the phone or return a call, text or email. I am disgusted with her unprofessionalism. I would not recommend her to anyone at all. I am going to go to small claims court over my cabinet. I want the cabinet back. It had been in my family for a long time and I cannot believe anyone would be so awful and dishonest.
