 + -1 moreMy house sparkles when Lucie is done with it! I always look forward to her visits- she is personable and efficient and even enjoys my dogs' company.
Description of Work: Lucie and her co-workers have been cleaning my home (3 bedroom, 3 bath condo) since November 2006. She washes the bathrooms, floors, baseboards and ceiling fans with each cleaning. She will make beds and change linens if fresh linens are provided.

 + -1 moreThe house smelled great when I walked in. On the surface, it looked good. Things were dusted much better than with my last service. However, I was quite disappointed to see that major things that bother me, that I pointed out, went uncleaned. My Jacuzzi jets had rings of mold around them, the area around my bathroom faucets wasn't scrubbed clean, the windows and mirrors had smudges, plus they didn't clean my linens, but rather hung the dirty towels back up in the kitchens and bathrooms! What?? I had to ask them to change the beds, and don't think they would have done so if I didn't specify. I asked them to water plants, which they did not. They missed other things as well. Overall, still looking for someone good. Ugh.
Description of Work: Lucie and another woman arrived to perform a first cleaning on my home. They arrived with their own rags and supplies. I showed them around and they got started. They cleaned my 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 1 floor condo. I am looking for a new cleaning service, as I felt like my last service started to cut some corners. So I was comparing my prior service to the job Lucie and staff did.

 + -1 moreThese ladies do a very nice job. They are very fast and efficient and use care when working around my birds! I had been flip-flopping between other cleaning companies and have now enlisted Lucie's services on a weekly basis! I strongly recommend them.
Description of Work: General housecleaning, including floors and laundry services.
