Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

The technician showed up on time and was very thorough. While he had difficulty communicating, he knew what he needed to do and corrected things that were done by the previous owner that were not just wrong but also dangerous. I was very pleased!!!!

Showed up on time, got straight to work. The tech did not speak very good English, so there was a language barrier at times, but the work appeared to be done thoroughly. Showed me before and after pictures which I was satisfied with. For the price, I got exactly what I wanted. Can't beat it.

I would use them again. I wish that they would have done it here too so I might do it again for this place because this is a lot worse than the other place was. The only thing that surprised me was how they attached it to the furnace, that I had no idea. They put a hole in the furnace. When he started cutting I said, “What are you doing?” Well that's how they attach it to the furnace and I had no idea. Then they seal it back up with duct tape and piece of metal. That's the only thing that surprised me. He went to each and every duct units where the heat would come out and he attached it and sucked it all through that way too. He went to the vents.

Service provider was efficient and did a good job.

His english was very limited as he was from Russia so he did not go into the specifics of the cleaning process (which would have been nice). Overall he was very gracious and did a thorough job cleaning the vents and showed me before and after pics of the inside of the system

Technician was very polite and efficient. He did significant deep cleaning, where necessary. Cleaned all of the HCAC supply and return ducts.

It was ok. The guy that came was fairly new. He didnt cover things as much as he said he would. In addition, he never cleaned up some of the metal shards after he drilled to make air hose holes. I ended up cleaning and dusting a lot afterwards.

A technician was available to do the job the day after I called for an appointment. He arrived on time and was not only highly skilled but also friendly. He explained the process clearly and helped us to move some very heavy furniture. Lacking a ladder tall enough to reach an intake vent in our foyer, he came back a couple days later to finish the job (including some vents I had forgotten about). There were no hidden costs and he didn't leave behind any messes. This was surely one of our most positive experiences with a home service in recent memory.

Purchased an angieslist deal and added on 2 more systems since we have three zones. Took about 5 hours but efficent, cleaned everything and no dust left. Some furniture was left moved out of place but it wasn't a big deal.

From the first call arranging the appointment to the wave goodbye, Lowes did an outstanding job performing a complete whole-house air duct cleaning and dryer lint cleaning, through and through, a job well done. Highly recommended!!

The technician was there on time. The only thing i could of had an issue with is I had actually called them back and cancelled my appointment for this date but the technician never received that cancellation notice from the office.

Great, it took a little over 2.5h and Jano (i am sure i am spelling his name wrong) did a great job on cleaning the ducts. I attached couple "after" pictures, so sorry i didnt save the "before" pictures. The ducts were disgusting, filthy fusty. Thank you and see you again in couple years!

All in all, the work was done as I had expected. The process was a little messier than I had anticipated.

They did an excellent job. We would definitely hire them again.

Went great. Arrived on time. Was completed timely. Provided several pictures to show everything clean. Office did a great job explaining all they would do and was very patient in answering my many questions (my first time through this process). Seems like a small shop acting as a big time business, which seemed a little odd and unnecessary, but nevertheless I would definitely hire again!

Lowe's did a fantastic job cleaning all of the ducts, including the cold air returns. They worked in some pretty tight spaces. We had to move some furniture so that they could get to the vents, but otherwise it was white glove service.

We recently moved into our house, so decided to have our vents cleaned. We have dual zones, so there are two systems in our house, one in the basement, and one in our attic. The technician was on time. He showed me pictures of the interior of my ducts after the job was done. They looked clean, but I have no idea how dirty they were prior. He worked for a couple hours, was very polite. My biggest complaint was that after he left, I noticed piles of dust under several ducts. There was insulation from our attic scattered upstairs. And lastly I noticed that the attic service panel was dirty and cracked. So while I believe they did a good job, I was very disappointed in the mess that was left behind.
