In the past I would have 2-3 people at one time and then a sales pitch about more services to purchase outside the coupon amount. One person job who was very efficient. Paid for the coupon and not other sales pressure was provided. Very refreshing.

It seems that he cleaned the vents well; however, he left dirt in every room. We had to clean our whole house to remove the dirt and dust on the bed, floors, and within my closet.

The cleaning itself went fine. He seemed to do a good job with it and I'm satisfied with the outcome. He showed me before and after pictures of the ducts and showed me the filter of the vacuum he used to show all the accumulated dust and dirt. What didn't go so well was (minor) not putting all the furniture back the way he found it and (major) leaving the door open an allowing one of my cats to escape. It took 24 hours, lots of searching, posting to social media, purchasing a recovery plan (to the tune of $59), posting of flyers, and finally having to acquire a humane animal trap to get her back. It also meant for a very sleepless night for me as I was too distraught to sleep.

Lowes came on time of my appointment. The technician was very personable and explained to me what he would be doing. As a first time homeowner, I had a few questions and he patiently explained them to me. I appreciate his professionalism, punctuality, and cleanliness. Did a good job with clean up. My air smells cleaner and vents are blowing very good! No dust flying around. I plan to install new bamboo floors in the next couple of weeks so I am looking forward to a very clean, and airy summer to my house! Thanks Lowes - you did a great job!

Things started off very rocky when Lowe's showed up to my house and while backing into the driveway ran into my garage. When I asked the guy if he had hit the garage (I witnessed him do it) he acted like he didn't know. When I pushed and said, well I was standing here and saw you do it he claimed his english wasn't very good and that he didn't understand what I was saying. The damage was very minimal. I was more upset that he pretended like he hadn't done it. Had he just bee upfront it would have been no big deal. As far as the actual duct cleaning the work was done quickly. I appreciated being shown before and after photos.

The services were reasonable and appear to have improved the air flow in our home. I understand that the process involves heavy equipment and blowing but I was slightly disappointed in the lack of cleanup after the services were performed. There was a lot of excess debris and metal shavings in our basement and around the vents. By no means a deal breaker but a bit more attention to detail regarding cleanup would have been nice.

Lowes technician had come out and cleaned the Furnace and Dryer vents. We're pleased with the work performed. No complaints at all. The tech was very prompt and professional. Would purchase again in the future.

Went very well. I had to move a bunch of furniture to provide access to a few ducts. The before and after pictures showed me this was definitely necessary. Service tech didn't speak much English, but we were able to communicate well enough to get our points across. He was very nice and professional. The only gripe I have is that about half of my vents shot out a bunch of dust and dirt when he cleaned a different one. Since I noticed this before he left, I requested he clean those spots up, which he did. I did end up finding even more dust and dirt around. Not a huge deal since my duct work is now finally clean. Another point to note is that after they're done, they recommend replacing your furnace filter after about 4 hours. So I had to go out to the store to get a new filter, as I was on my last one already. When I did replace it, I'm glad the tech notified me, as it collected a LOT of junk.

I assumed this included dryer vent cleaning as well, but it seemed that the technician could not complete this portion of the cleaning or it was not included in the service - I couldn't figure out which he was trying to tell me, but the dryer vents did not get cleaned. I know this service is included in some other companies' services. The technician was prompt showing up at the beginning of the 2 hour window and was in and out in less than an hour. There was a small amount of debris left under almost all of the vents, but there is still debris falling out of my vents over a week later, so I am not sure how much the technician left there and how much just fell afterward. One of the pieces of equipment leaked water on my hardwood floors, but I put a towel underneath to catch it, so just watch out for that if you have this service done. For the vacuuming of the furnace and one return vent (as the technician said that the heat vents don't have much build up due to their function, which makes sense), the price seemed quite steep, especially after subsequently hearing advertisements for much lower prices that include the dryer vent as well.

IT went well. The ducts were very dirty but Lowe's did their best to keep everything contained to the rooms they were cleaning at the time.

Technician Jano arrived on time and explained thoroughly what he was going to do. He then went to work and did an excellent job cleaning the duct work. He worked very efficiently and left the area very clean. Would highly recommend Lowes for air duct cleaning, particularly the tech Jano.

Would have preferred to view ducts before and after cleaning to know what was actually done. Instead, was shown photos from tech's phone after job was done. Had no way of knowing for certain that the photos were authentic. Also, floor clean up around vent areas could have been better when work was completed.

The technician was very professional and left my home clean.
